A little About me ✴︎
Hello, I’m really glad you’re here!
I’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years and I’m currently working towards my British Wheel of Yoga 300 hr Teacher Training Certificate.
I live in North London with my partner and cheeky golden retriever Juniper.
I watched my mum and grandma turn to yoga throughout the phases of their lives. So in my early twenties seeking mindful movement and community I followed their lead only to fall in love with the practice. After a childhood of team sport, it was a relief to discover movement that felt calm, companionable, and kind - something that could nourish me throughout my life.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll usually find me with a cup of tea, out in nature with my puppy Juniper, or soaking up time with loved ones.
My approach
When I first came to yoga, I wasn’t “good” at it. My body felt stiff and tight, and some movements felt impossible. And some still do!
That’s why in my classes there’s no expectation for poses to look a certain way. For me yoga shouldn’t be about shape or performance. It’s a way we can all find a little more balance in our busy lives.
Nature inspires my personal practice and my teaching. Grounded in seasonal rhythms, I focus on finding space to slow down and reconnect while developing and exploring our strength.
